NUCLEO (“NUCLEO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through nucleo.golf (the “Site”), how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
Information you provide directly. When you submit an inquiry or a registration request, we collect the information you enter — which may include your name, company, email, phone number, website, GHIN number, home club, preferred Regional, teammate details, shirt size, how you heard about NUCLEO, and your message.
We use HubSpot, a customer relationship management and analytics service, which sets cookies and collects usage information such as pages visited, referring source, device and browser type, and approximate location derived from IP address. This helps us understand how the Site is used and manage our relationships with players, partners and members.
How We Use Information
We use the information we collect to: respond to partnership inquiries submitted through the Site; process registration requests and manage participation in the NUCLEO Season; understand the nature of inquiries submitted through the Site, in order to respond effectively; communicate with you about NUCLEO, where you have contacted us.
We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing of Information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate the Site and process inquiries, including website hosting (Framer) and customer relationship management and analytics (HubSpot). These providers are only permitted to use your information to provide services to us.
We share your contact details with NUCLEO partners only if you expressly opt in on our registration form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us. We do not otherwise share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Cookies and Analytics
We use cookies set by HubSpot to measure Site usage and to associate form submissions with your visits. You can block or delete cookies through your browser settings; the Site will continue to function. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, you have the right to: know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose; request deletion of personal information we have collected from you, subject to certain exceptions; opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information (NUCLEO does not sell or share personal information as defined under the CCPA); not be discriminated against for exercising any of these rights.

Data Retention
We retain the information submitted through our inquiry form for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records, or until you request deletion.
Children’s Privacy
The Site is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The Effective Date above reflects the latest revision.
